The ULA Force reels also offer the versatility of the “Fx” spools. This means that with the F2 reel you have a 4/5 weight reel and with the purchase of an F2x spool you'll be able to run 6 weight line. With the F3 reel you'll have a reel that is light enough to match to a 5 weight rod, and with the purchase of an additional F3x spool you’ll be able to run an 8 weight saltwater line with plenty of backing for bonefish without having to buy a second reel. With the Force reels, adding a spare “Fx” spool is like buying an entirely new reel for the price of a spool.
