The Scientific Anglers Wet Tip Clear is a versatile fly line. The tip has a sink rate of 1.8 to 2.0 inches per second. This allows a fly to sink just below the surface film. Shallow water permit and tarpon feed in this zone. Also in the blue water, dorado chase sardina. We've used this line to fish with poppers. The weight of the head can be used to angle the popper downward for a more violent pop!
