The October Caddis version of the BOP is very popular in the upper reaches of Northern California and Southern Oregon. Large trout in the Upper Sacramento River and the Pit River will gorge all day on October Caddis pupae. Steelhead on the Trinity River and the Klamath River will take an October Caddis without hesitation. In November, we swing the October Caddis BOP on the Rogue River.
